I have not written a new Post for a long time. From now onwards, You will be getting new Posts on regular basis.
As you all know, Now-a-days, finding a job for fresher is very difficult who don't have much idea about the industry. I am here to help you guys. I am working as Recruitment Manager in a MNC. Whatever i have learnt, I will be guiding you all. You can say it will be a basic training and then an advanced training after learning this you will be able to get a job in Recruitment Industry or you can start your freelancing work as well. So, We will start from Basic terms first like Recruitment, Screening, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition What they mean then we will learn about other techniques or you can say tools which will help us in sourcing a right candidate at right time.

We will be having Doubt classes as well. After getting a good number of responses from all of you, I will be starting my YouTube channel as well where we all can interact and take the doubts easily.
